Dearest,
Here's your workshop invitation for February. 💌
Poetry has a way of unraveling the heart, especially when it comes to love—its joy, its ache, its quiet truths. Let’s together explore how poetry gives voice to the loves that shape us, from the first flutter to the lasting echoes. We’ll sit with words that honor the beauty and complexity of love, no answers required—just an open heart.❣️
See you on Sunday, I’ll be waiting with poems on my sleeve...
What to expect?
Poetic detours that accidentally lead straight to your heart
Heart-to-heart pit stops with your mind’s GPS set to “love”
Literary breadcrumbs that whisper, “Psst… this one’s totally your vibe!”
Internet strangers so kind, they might just restore your faith in connection (in the best way)

Some verses
By Izumi Shikibu
In this world
love has no color --
yet how deeply
my body
is stained by yours.
Windy Day by Charles Simic
Two pairs of underwear,
One white and the other pink,
Flew up and down
On the laundry line,
Telling the whole world
They are madly in love.
Getting into bed on a December night by Ellen Bass
When I slip beneath the quilt and fold into
your warmth, I think we are like the pages
of a love letter written thirty years ago
that some aging god still reads each day
and then tucks back into its envelope.
by Alex Elle
who taught you
to unlove yourself
so sweetly
that you actually thought
it tasted
good?
